Workouts Exercises Important

When I'm not designing a web site, I am lifting weights.
I do other things trust me, but these two have the most
importance in my life. I hardly ever miss a workout for
anything, not even illness. I had a horrible sinus infection
during this past summer but I kept lifting weights.
So Thank You for visiting my Weight Lifting site, and
please remember that this is my workout and what works
for me probably won't work for you. You have to find
your favorite workout and one that your body can handle.
I recommend checking with your doctor first before beginning
any type of workout whether it be Cardiovascular, Weight Lifting,
or any other form. I didn't and I was doing the completely wrong
thing at first until my doctor taught me how to do each exercise
properly.
